Started in the ER, then was admitted for 5 days. All the staff was great especially the nurses. The food left a lot to be desired but the medical staff (nurses) were the best I have ever encountered! The were sweet, kind, considerate and helpful! No attitude or we are too busy. If I rang my bell, I dont think it was ever more than 30 seconds before a nurse was in my room asking how she could help! Very impressive, I must say!

I never checked in. They have no chart on me. They didnt take anything b.p. Temperature, nothing. I never walked in the door. They have billed me $496.41 for not admitting me or doing anything. They will be included in a fraudulent lawsuit.

Near death experience . Some of the staff think it's thier right to decide if your life has value. After 5 months there my son can't walk and had a 6 inch deep wound on his coxic bone .After 1 year we are struggling to get the therapy he needs to return him to the condition he was in before the taking him to this place . Bigest regret of my life.

DUSTY, The nurse, at the OUTPATIENT SURGERY UNIT TREATED MY 84 yr old mother horribly!!!!! She was impatient, angry, grabbed my mothers arms and complained about how she couldnt find the vein. Complained that my mother wouldnt relax her arms. She was noticeably Irritated that she had to spend so much time looking. She asked me to tell my mother to relax her arms, she was just extremely NASTY!!! She did everything very fast and with absolutely NO COMPASSION whatsoever. She jabbed the needle into my mothers arm and restrained her violently when she protested. And had me to assist her in holding my mother down. She put the needle in the vein in the middle of your wrist, which is extremely painful. She refused to pull it out when my mother protested and proceeded to call security to restrain my mother. There were 4 officers called and when I asked why that was necessary, DUSTY said It was a Code Gray, Like I know what that Is. She then presented my mother as a combative patient!!! DUSTY was cruel, unprofessional, and lacked any semblance of empathy. When my mother first got there, she was very cooperative. The other nurses had changed her clothes and put her In bed with not one complaint or combative behavior on my mothers part whatsoever. My 84 yr old mother, was left traumatized and crying and DUSTY absolutely did not care and acted as if her actions were not the cause of the entire situation. She should be fired!!!! Now my own mother doesnt trust me when she has an appointment because she is traumatized.
