At this moment April-6-2024 I feel very upset with the cemetery service, every Thursday the flowers are cleaned, I took them on Wednesday the 3rd of this month, we had a date to arrange for Lent on the 22nd of March to April 3, today I came to visit my son and I found that his grave is empty without flowers, they threw at him a cross that he had had since he died, a solar hummingbird and a pinwheel, I went on Thursday morning afternoon with almost 20 minutes left. So that they would close to put their flowers and things, why the area where my son is had already been cleaned, there were no more flowers, why did they have to clean that area again because it is assumed that one already You can put flowers after 3:00 in the afternoon, today when I arrived I asked a man who works there and he told me that perhaps the cleaning day had been extended Thursday and Friday due to holidays, I wonder if they put dates Because they don't respect them and why they don't specify when they are holidays, they can clean on Thursdays and possibly on Fridays. The truth is that it made me angry and I even felt like crying. It's not economical to spend on flowers or arrangements. It gives them, if not the love with which one decorates them and arranges them so that they look beautiful, they are our loved ones and we ask for respect for them, I hope they realize that just as it is important for them to have clients, for us it is It is important that they take into account our pain and the opinions and suggestions that one comments, unfortunately sometimes one does not pay attention to the services that are offered to one because one already has the need and emergency to do the procedures, hopefully they will fix the details that they need so that they have a better service..., and even worse, I took some decorations from a man who fixes his sister, he asked me as a favor if he could take them, I might take them on Wednesday along with my son's things and maybe they threw everything at him (flowers, pinwheel, and so on), today this man didn't go to see his sister, but I feel ashamed to tell him that they threw everything at us including his sister's things, it's not fair What a bad time it happened.

We had the WORST horrifying experience yesterday, which was supposed to be a celebration of life. Upon arrival to say goodbye to my beautiful grandma, we walked into a horrifying scene. It was as though they forgot about my Grandma and brought her to the viewing room straight from the refrigerator. She looked like a ghost with "tons" of white makeup all over her face. Her eyelash, lips, and nostrils! Although we gave Lupe the mortuary director specific instructions per her request along with four pictures of my grandma. Due to Lupes negligence, all five granddaughters were in disbelief, filled with anxiety and now traumatized by what we have seen. All sorts of staff were now preparing my grandma in front of us. It was HORRIFIC! They were curling her hair, and the groomer was in their trying to put her make-up on as fast as he could her was trembling and had no picture to refer to! Therefore, I, myself, had to put my grandma's makeup on! Something I never thought I would have to do. I did this only because of dignity for my grandma. I'm still shaken and distraught. THERE IS MORE! My grandma had a horrifying odor, an odor of decomposition. I now know what death smells like. I believe my grandma was NEVER embomed. (Even the other director, Mark, witnessed and was spraying my Grandma galore to cover the odor). In the end, we were forced to have a closed casket, and the rest of our family, including family out of state, were not able to say their final goodbyes. This establishment should be ashamed of how they treat the deceased and the families that are grieving.

I have lots of relatives buried here in the past and present. From my experience, the staff over the phone is very friendly and easy to speak to. In the cemetery, it feels secure, safe, and very peaceful. They also take good care of the cemetery and there aren't many parts that are overgrown. As far as funeral services, they did an amazing job with my great-grandparents. Cemetery information and times are also easy to find on their website or by calling them over the phone.

My dad was buried in September 2022. Since then, we have had various incidents of property damage due to the gardeners carlessness. Today, someone was buried next to my dad. They broke the flower vases and tossed the flowers to the side. The plot of land was dug up, and they overlapped a piece of grass over half the grave carelessly. I understand that they must work quickly in order to not torment the grieving families. However, it's important that they work efficiently as well, being respectful of the other surrounding families' loved ones. Often, we have to keep up with the maintenance of the grass because they do not water them often. This is completely unacceptable. This is all we have of my dad, and it's our way of feeling close to him and honoring him. We do our best as a family to visit and care for the grave, and to have it destroyed is heartbreaking and infuriating.
