FIRST...ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO...THEY ARE VERY IN TUNE WITH THE VIBE YOU WANT. COMMUNICATION SKILLS OUTSTANDING.. I WOULD BE WRITING A BOOK IF I IF I WAS TO CONTINUE...THEY CAN SHOW YOU BETTER THAN THEY COULD TELL YOU...THANK YOU.

I am giving this place 4 stars. To start, this place is nice, clean and organize. I like the set up and the ambience when you get in. They have advance technology great. The girls at the front desk are friendly. The dentist is professional. He was upfront and really nice. He has a bedside manner thats great. I mean considering hes young which in my experience young healthcare providers (not all) but most are arrogant because you know new grad and all compare to the old doctors and dentist in which they see themselves as patients so they have a good bedside manner (again not all) but most.
Cons:
The facility is see-through. I dont feel opening my mouth there while people are walking by around the area lol. Im talking about customers of DD and maybe target and Ross.
They will offer everything. That means you can end up with a huge chunk of payment if you agree to do all the services. I work in a doctors office and in my experience being a patient at dental clinic, the dentist will talk to you all the things that needs to get done but just like a mechanic if it works then why change it. I wanted to give this place a try and I truly understand how expensive dental services are. They are not far from the trusted orthodontics and dental clinics Ive been to. I think what drives patients away is their customer service skills. They should be looking at the patients perspective. They are located in an area where mostly are middle class people. Why would you offer arm and leg services. If thats how you run the business then you are in a wrong side of the demographics. Move to encino, beverly hills where rich people can afford monthly services and a bill of 2-10k dollars. My previous dentist, he will tell you, you need this in the future but you dont need ti get this done now. We can do this but it will exhaust your insurance and maybe pay little extra then do the rest in 6 months or next year. Most patients dont realize that those chunks of $$$ on their estimates are the same amount youre going to get charge but not one or two sessions. Its the same the only diffErence is my dentist do it practically seeing a patients perspectives so that patients dont see or feel the big chunks of services theyre being charged. Another thing is, be gentle to your patients. You think those films on xrays dont hurt? You should try it yourself the way you do it to your patients. So you can understand. Assistants doesnt know how to manage their time. Almost like selling a car youre hoping your customers will get hungry, bored and desperate so that they will sign to any agreement. That doesnt work. The way my dentist does is he goes from patients to patients and while the patients are waiting, the assistants come to discuss other things or hygienists will come to do the work needed so you can be out of the office within 1-2hrs depending on what you need. Last, I know its a business and business needs money but before you think about money think about your patients first. The more patients loves you the more they spread the word and you wont even notice that you have a whole community of patients. I love my previous dentist and Im sad to find another because i live far but now i decided to suck up the travel and the long wait to get an appointment (yeah thats how good my dentist) as long as my teeth are taken care of.
