and hair appointment I had at your store on 3/22/2024. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations, primarily due to the evident lack of experience in makeup application.
I specifically requested to have my hair curled during the appointment. However, to my dismay, as soon as I went to pay, I noticed that my hair was no longer curled, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care in the service provided.
Overall, I found the level of service to be subpar, and this experience has left me dissatisfied. I will not be returning to your store for any future appointments.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of service for your future customers.
