Precise Dental exceeded my expectations for a recent dental implant. The staff was friendly and professional, making the experience comfortable. Dr. Aram and the team showcased expertise with modern technology. Communication was clear, and they provided excellent post-surgery care. The clinic is clean and efficient. I had some dental work done at another dentist about 5 years ago, and I had zirconia crowns put on my molars. Overtime they started to hurt and 2 of my crowns fell off.
Luckily I found Dr Aram Grigoryan at Precise Dental, and I have to say, I am extremely grateful and pleased with the results of my new crowns. No more pain, and I have a perfect bite now due to the level of care and attention to detail Dr. Grigoryan provides. This is by far the best dental practice you can go to in LA.

Please read!! I was treated very poorly at my first visit to Precise Dental. I paid 192 in advance for a teeth zoom whitening. 
During the middle of the procedure the dental assistant knocked over my brand new iPhone cracking it. 
The dental assistant then began to blame me saying I have you on camera I didn’t do anything. 
The dental assistant then continue to reprimand me about the situation, as if that was acceptable behavior to treat a customer. 
I asked to speak with the doctor of the practice and he stated what do u want from me? I replied I don’t what anything. 
He said I will refund you 192 dollars. I said this a green iPhone 13 pro max 192 isn’t really gonna make a difference. 
The doctor then stated that my iPhone breaking was not a big deal and I could get it fixed and that he also gets new iPhones.
I felt very belittled and ridiculed. 
Sadly, I headed to the apple store, after not finishing the procedure, but paying the full amount. 
No customer should be treated this way but I wish them the best, god bless.
