        This is my second experience at the ER and both times they have either MRI or any other typo of machine not operating, or no tech to do it so you just wait and wait as you are in pain . They dont care hope they fix this issue. They also offer your relatives a phone number of an ER secretary in case of need, however no one answers that number, its just a formality that is all

        Annette, the RN in the emergency department, was extremely rude to me. I had almost fainted about 45 minutes before I finally saw her. I tried to explain my symptoms to her and apparently I was too sick for her respect. I kept getting "HUH"s and "WHY"s from her, as if my symptoms were my fault and she hated me for needing help. She was also rude to others in the waiting room who asked about the wait time. She was very bothered by everyone and everything. You can tell she doesn't care. Because of her lack of empathy and compassion, I believe she doesn't deserve to be a medical professional. I deal with mental illness, and she completely disregarded that and accused me of being anorexic. Terrible experience. And not the first terrible experience I've had here. This is one of the only ERs near me and I don't even trust them with my life. I find that extremely troublesome. The medical professionals here should be held accountable for their actions.

        Very horrible experience, I was feeling very faint and told them I feel like passing out and my fever was high. I told them It would be best for me to be seen immediately. Instead they made me fill paper work and go wait outside on the pavement with no chair. While feeling really dizzy I had no choice but to lay down on the asphalt. Extremely inhumane how they are treating their patients. 6 years ago when I had a stomach ulcer they were giving the best care and treatment and really took care of their patients. Never coming here again! No disrespect to the Nurses, but whoever is running this hospital needs to step it up
