Anybody who is giving 5 stars must be a friend or related. I was scheduled to do plumbing work in my unit and went past the estimated time that the plumber gave me and she called me and my wife in a threatening tone about why is she received calls from tenants that the water is not back on and I explained that the plumber had some issues with the repairs that took longer then explained and that water was back on as we spoke. She continued to aggressively tell me in her own words "that it is what it is and that there were going to be consequences fore and for me to expect fine". ABSOLUTELY no way to speak to anyone, completely UNPROFESSIONAL for a HOA representative to speak to a home owner. This would have been a completely different interaction if she would have calmly asked me if she could get a update Instead of calling me and my wife in a threatening manner. -
