We needed extensive fire sprinkler repairs that involved construction work for a commercial property. After speaking with nearly all regulation 4 certified testers/companies on the LAFD official list, I became extremely anxious and frustrated. Once the testers heard of the issues, they declined the work due to the high level of complexities involved. Or once site visits took place, the companies quoted an outrageously high repair cost. But I immediately felt confident and a sense of comfort when I spoke with Jesse. His calm demeanor, confidence, and optimism radiated in our conversation. He visited the site within a couple of days for evaluation and provided a quote for only 30-50% of the costs estimated by other companies. In addition, Stephanie was wonderful in accommodating an unusual request before the repairs commenced. During the repair process, Immediate Fire Protection team encountered unanticipated challenges along the way. However, they worked through these challenges as true professionals and worked with our tenants to avoid disruption to their business operations. Now, all is in compliance!
