Dr. Kiumars Arfai is the rudest doctor I have ever met. And Im a paramedic, Ive worked with hundreds of physicians. His apathy and inability to communicate with patients is quite significant. I cancelled all future appointments at this facility and will seek pain management somewhere else.

I have been Dr Arfai's patient for many years. I have never had a negative experience in this office. I found Dr Arfai to be a very kind man who listened to my experiences and opinions. I had a very bad pain problem in my back for a very long time. He spent MUCH time and diagnosed my problems and then proceeded to treat them. I have actually had 8 years with NO visits required until I reinjured my back last month. I am confident that he will determine what I did to reinjure my back and proceed with the appropriate treatment. I would call him "5-STAR GOOD".

Great team and amazing Doctor. Very caring and knowledgeable. Helped my mom and I am grateful. The clinic is clean and very organized.

Staff is rude. Went to the hospital 2 different times. The hospital paged the doctor. He didnt reply. I told him and his response is they have my number. I do not recommend this practice. Its a factory.
