The best martial arts school in my opinion. I've been doing martial arts for many years and been to many schools but this Shao lin school is not only such an amazing system, the most encompassing that I have ever run across, but also the spirit or vibe of this school is wonderful. It is a nurturing environment with kind and friendly people. I fell out of shape for quite a few years but I came back to this school after a long break and the spirit of this school really motivated me. I have lost 20 lbs in 3 months now. Not only does this school offer tons of classes with a diverse schedule but it motivated me to change me diet and do more exercise...there is a palpable Shao lin spirit here. Sifu Stefan is incredibly kind, caring, and super high skill level - it's an honor training under a person like him. The school has classes for kids and students go up to 90 years old. They teach Lohan fist, tons of animals, bagua, tai chi, internal meditation, iron bone, and a million other forms. I cannot recommend this school highly enough.

Great school. If you want to learn Kungfu and Taichi, this is the place to be. Sifu Stefan is the best martial arts teacher Ive ever had. He has incredible skills in Kungfu and Taichi and a fantastic teacher.
