        I regret to say that my experience at Lucky Tree Massage Parlour was less than satisfactory. The staffs behavior was rude, and their level of professionalism during the massage was lacking. It seemed they struggled to provide adequate customer service. I hope they take this feedback constructively to improve their services for future clients.

        Been here a couple of times and literally just left the place. I always come out refreshed and fully recovered! Its clean and relaxing. Theyre easy to talk to. Massage is relaxing and they do really great pressure here! Make sure you tip your masseuse well. They work really hard and sometimes back to back. Nancy is the best! This is my new massage spot in the valley.

        This is my second time visiting and both times have been great experiences! Nancy, did an incredible job with the Tibetan. I was extremely relaxed and felt renewed after my massage. Thank you Nancy!

        I always come this place left happy , today was the worst massage I got and really rude at end . I was not happy with first person because she could not do strong and plus she was doing with feet . I asked someone else , she comes does good job but I feel like she was rushing . I always got hot stone but did not get it this time . I asked after my treatment, her respond was some people do not like it and you did not tell me . I never been asked and they always do it without asked . She was really rude . I will not go back here anymore .

      In order to satisfy you, even though we were very busy yesterday, we also changed the masseuse who gave you massage last time (she was massaging other customers at that time). She asked you several times during the massage about the massage pressure and you said it was good. The massage pressure you need is more than what men need. The masseuse lady did her best to massage you, but you said she was rude and didn't give you hot stones. If you want hot stone massage, you can tell the masseuse that you want hot stones at the end, and the masseuse will provide hot stones for you, instead of you commenting here that you didn't get hot stone massage. The masseuse has tried her best to serve you. Sorry, we can't satisfy customers who are too picky.
