I've been waiting on an approval for my Ocrevus treatment since April 2023. It is July 6, 2023 and I'm told that I need to be seen in person first. Mind you 60+ days to be told something so simple that needed to be done before. Avoid Dr Cardenas (Neurology) office if your in pain and have urgent needs. Andrea/Nicole and I think the other name is Monica don't care that your in pain and need your medication. I get this every 6 months which will be for the rest of my life. Take my suffering as an example and avoid this office.

Had a recent fall and bend my knee back, I was seen fairly quickly but it felt like I wasnt being heard by the doctor, my knee is in serious pain, X-ray was done, nothing broken and my ankle was wrapped and thats it nothing else, was told to ice my knee and not to wrap my knee and take Motrin. 6 days later Im still in severe pain, I went to a different urgent care, and this doctor heard me, he gave me a knee brace, crutches and prescribed muscle relaxers for night only and referred me to a orthopedic specialist, I regret going to Faceys to begin with, the staff is very friendly but doctors dont listen

I scheduled an Obgyn appointment a month in advance. The doctor cancelled on me with only 1 day notice. They tried to have me reschedule but only had appointments available a month out. I scheduled an appointment with a different Obgyn at 4pm, they didn't see me til 5pm. All I needed was a paper referral (for something I've gotten before) which took 5 minutes all on its own. I was not allowed to get the referral without scheduling an in person appointment. In addition this conservative, constricting organization doesn't allow birth control to be administered on site. They're making me travel to Valencia to get it. I'm so tired of feeling punished for wanting basic health care. Being a woman in this country is a burden at this point.
