Facey Medical Group - Mission Hills

I enjoy my experiences as a patient at Facey Medical Group. The doctors and nurses work well as a team and are understanding when I express health concerns. I appreciate their positivity wher communicating what I must do to improve myself. I feel no judgment when speaking of my issues and appreciate their patience. As a pediatrician, Dr. Rene Gonzalez did an amzing job making me feel understood. He accommodated for my needs to the best of his ability. I appreciate his work as a doctor as he sees being a physician as a passion he works hard at and enjoys. Despite my concerns, he remained optimistic and worked with me through my issues.

Receptionist at urgent care was rude to my mother who came in with pain. My mother was erroneously turned away. I guess hospitality requirements dont extend to receptionists. This would never happen at the Faceys in Porter Ranch.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Wilson today. She really cares about her patients.Service overall at Facey was great! The staff here is friendly, helpful and efficient in all departments.I was very impressed.Thank you.

I have been a patient for years and love my current doctors. However over the years Facey Mission Hills has deteriorated significantly. A four month wait for an appointment is UNACCEPTABLE. I feel the doctors are probably over worked and profit motive now outranks patient care.
