Front Desk Receptionists are the worst. They need Customer Service training. I would not go back to this location or recommend it.

This is the worst place , its always close and when is open you have to wait in a long line. They took so much blood out and to tell me they messed up so I have to go back for more wth are they doing with my blood ? Pathetic worst lab ever.

Apparently, Wednesday is the day to go to LabCorp because for the first time, since I've been coming here, it was not an hour and a half wait. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Unfortunately, it took me almost as long to wait for the elevator to go up and come back down!

I came to this location at 12 pm for an order done by my doctor. Upon checking In, I was asked for my insurance card (which is standard procedure) and was briefly looked at and sent to another office upstairs due to lab not accepting my type of medical insurance. They quickly sent me to quest diagnostic lab upstairs where I waited for half an hour before being seen. At quest diagnostic, the clinician reviewed my insurance called and stated "why did they send you here? They're able to see you" to confirm this the clinician called the department and confirmed that lab accepts my form of insurance. Going back down to lab corp I was exaplaining to the administrator about the situation and was quickly dismissed. I was fasting and was already annoyed due to getting the run around so I was totally not feeling it, so I do feel bad for the attitude. After getting everything situated I had to take a urine test. I went into the bathroom and locked the door. I was in the zone trying not to urinate on my hands the door started to shake aggressively and I just brushed it off because I wanted them to collect a decent amount as well not peeing on my hands. After doing what I needed to door I attempted to open the door only to have it slam back in my face. Opening the door again only having it slam in my face. I was already having anxiety because I hate needles this just heightened it more. I shoved the door only to see it blocked by a 60 year old man who was urninating outside. He shoved the door and said oops. My mother who attended with me overheard and started to scream. James, no matter what situation, your actions are not justified for public indecency especially in an office filled with female workers. You acknowledged that you urinated outside a bathroom because you wanted to get it over with. The clinician that drew my blood stated she was embarrassed to be working here on her first day. The workers were apologizing for James behavior and I told them "don't apologize for someone's else actions. He was aware of what he was going." As I was leaving James and his wife just stared at me. James I hope you are ashamed of yourself, nothing could have justified what you did as for your wife, you should be ashamed as well. Neither of them apologized. Do better. I will be contacting the administrator for this facility
