Never do business with this company! I'd give zero stars if possible. I got a binding moving quote for our full service move for $3000. Since it was about the same as the quote for a Pod, I decided to go with this company. Two weeks before the move, I got another call to "review" the first quote and now the price jumped to $4100. I had already paid the downpayment and it was too late to back out, so I accepted the new quote. Two weeks later (6/22/19) the moving crew comes over and does another review telling me it's going to cost $10000 to move my things. Since the things are barely worth $10000, I'm starting to get a bit upset. They start to load telling me I'll only be charged for the actual space used and after deciding not to take some things with, we end up with a total price of $5100. $5100 is quite a big difference from the original $3000 "binding" quote and way more than we would have paid for the Pod. I can still justify this to myself by saying that at least it's a full service move and I don't need to lug the stuff to the second floor at the destination. On 7/4/19 I finally get delivery of my stuff. In the phone call I was told that the delivery would be 5-7 days after pickup, so at this point they're already five days late. The driver walks in and tells me he can't drive his truck to the apartment complex and that I'd have to pay an extra $1200 for shuttle service because they can't drive their big truck into the complex parking lot (see attached for a picture of the truck). I think this was the plan all along and they never had any intention to deliver our belonging even though they charged for this service.

I got a call from them after requesting some info online, I no longer needed their services since I had already figured it out and when I said that on the call they just hanged up on me, not even a thank you or bye. If I ever need this service in the future, I am definitely not doing with them because such a poor customer service. Ew. Small details DO matter.

Please BEWARE of Extra Mile Moving & Storage, Inc. dba Titan Van Lines. They are a complete scam business that baits you with a low quote ($1,200) and then end up upcharging you a ridiculous amount ($3,000+). In addition, the delivery which should have been included in the initial moving had an additional cost of ($1,000). Not to mention, they knew they were delivering to NY added on an additional cost because they needed to rent a UHaul truck for an additional $350. You would hope that a company that does these frequent deliveries would have this included, but they don't. Stay away from Titan Van Lines! They costed me over $5,000 plus missing and damaged furniture. I would rate them zero stars!
