Needed a new shower head and tried to replace it myself. Called all valley and was greeted by a calming voice. Mo came out to assess the situation, smiled and told me I was in luck. Had not broken any pipes. Worked his magic and was on his way. Responsibly charged...nothing is free.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with their lack of communication. I wanted to hire them for a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention, but their failure to call me back left me in a state of frustration and inconvenience.
First and foremost, when I initially reached out to A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, they were prompt in answering my call and seemed attentive to my problem. We discussed the urgency of the issue, and they assured me that they would get back to me shortly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.
I patiently waited for their call, assuming they were busy attending to other customers or encountering unforeseen circumstances. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.
What disappoints me the most is the lack of professionalism displayed by A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed. Their failure to do so demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' needs and a lack of basic customer service etiquette.
I strongly advise anyone in need of plumbing services to steer clear of A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. Their unresponsiveness and lack of communication have caused me significant frustration, inconvenience, and financial losses. There are numerous other plumbing services in the area that prioritize their customers and deliver the service they promise.
I sincerely hope that A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their communication practices. It is essential for any reputable business to prioritize effective communication with their customers, and I genuinely hope they rectify this issue to avoid disappointing others in the future.
