First Columbia managed our property for several years. Intially, they were O.K., but then the quality of their service deteriorated sharply. Our HOA experienced unexplained overcharges and expenses. There was a rapid accumulation of unpaid HOA dues with no real effort to get them paid. Then there was a completely blotched up board election in which unexplained additional ballots appeared at the ballot counting table! When this dicrepancy was brought to the property managers attention, instead of correcting the problem, she tried to hush up the error and used our HOA funds to purchase legal advice to cover her involvement. I cannot recommend this property management company.

Excellent customer service , My tenant had patio damage due to termites and the management was very efficient in getting the repair done.

If it had - 0, i would click on it. We've had problems after problems dealing with the "power-trip" manager Alice Woods from the day we purchased our property at 18333 Hatteras St, in Tarzana. The water outside our property seeps down into our foundation causing mildew in our basement wall. We asked them to modify so we won't have to keep paying for repairs on our wall. Until today we have spent $$$$ on removing the mildew and repainting the wall to the point our tenant was about to sue us for health reasons. We've left numerous messages and emails unanswered. We finally sent them a nasty email in which the wanna be "manager" Alice Woods replied with smart remarks showing her unprofessional attitude in handling our request that they do something about their water seeping into our wall. We even asked to meet and confer with someone who actually in "power" and received no response. We are paying higher HOA fee than any HOA fees we have on our other properties and now ready to do anything to get them to take responsibility. We welcome anyone who wants to join in the fight!!!
