Sam was extremely friendly & helpful. I rented a pickup for the day, it was clean & well maintained. All charges were correct, & I would definitely return & recommend this rental location.

The owner or manager seemed like a decent guy. But turned out they lie and overcharge for everything they can possiblly can. Dont get anything from this place. Stay away.

I rented the truck on 10/9 to use on 10/10. The truck was reliable Sam was very nice and personable. The only issue I had, which I consider a major issue was, the mileage I return the truck did not match the mileage on our receipt. We drove 19 miles, but our receipt reflected 56 miles. When I brought it to Sam, the owner's attention, that he over charged us, he denied it. Fortunately, I was smart enough to take a picture of the mileage when I returned the truck. Sam adjusted our bill, but he did not offer an apology and that was very disappointing.

Don't suggest using boost mobile at this location, they do not know their products at all. Arrived few minutes before closing and was told I was getting an upgrade on my broken phone and because I was told shop is almost closing I didn't realize I got a huge downgrade. Called back the same week and explained how my phone kept freezing and slowing down and that I have a feeling I didn't get an upgrade and was told that has never happened before and that I could come in but most likely nothing could be done. I went into another boost mobile shop and confirmed I got ripped off.
