I recently bought a car from this dealership! The managers are great, in particular Evgeniy. They communicate freely in Russian English. They work honestly. The registration took a maximum of 35 minutes. I'm thinking about my wife getting a car from this dealership! I definitely recommend it!!!

I made an appointment to see the 2015 Volvo S60 orangish/red. I hated the color, but by the carfax, it looked like it had been well taken care of. I still had a mechanic look at it. In comes the problem.
The a/c wasn't working at all. The mechanic was surprised they had even put the car on the lot. I called them and let them know what the mechanic said. I let them know if they went through the Volvo dealership, I would get a lifetime warranty on it. He said no problem. His mechanic was a Volvo Master Mechanic (lie #1). He said he'd make sure I was taken care of and not to worry. I asked the name of the shop. He gave it to me.
Several days later, he let me know the car was ready for me to purchase. I called the mechanic's shop and asked what kind of warranty they were offering on the a/c job they had just completed. They said they were only giving a warranty that they had put the part in correctly. I asked why they weren't giving a warranty on the part. They told me the dealership had gotten it from a junk yard.
I went into the dealership (not really a dealership it was a lot). I asked what the warranty was on the a/c. He said the mechanic is the one with the warranty (lie #2). I let him know , I had spoke to the shop and they won't give a warranty because you got the part from the junkyard. He said we consider our customer's as family, so if something happens with the a/c, they'd fix it, of course (lie #3). I asked if he'd put that in writing, and he said NO, but you can trust me (lie #4). I let him know it could be $1000-1500 to fix after I had purchased the car.
Before I left, I was curious out the door price would be. He said $17,350. I asked him to lower the price because of the a/c. He said No! I told him I had 17,000 cash, and he still wouldn't lower it to $17,000 even. I said, "No deal!" Don't waste your time on this lot, while they were polite, as I was, they will lie to your face.
