Westdale Commons Apartments

Fantastic location with easy access to shopping centers, Costco, gyms, and Vintage Mall. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. I lived there for nearly two years without a single issue. The highlight of this place is the property agent, Erika, who handles all maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Do not rent at this apartment because they didnt do nothing about the leak in the bathroom, this stuff got me sick while pregnant and also when I moved out In march 8 2024 I left the apartment very clean but supposedly they say I didnt. They used all my deposit money which was $500 for (cleaning chargers , cleaning carpet, painting charges ) and they are saying I owe them $95 like they should be paying that not me because I did put money down and never once missed on paying the rent . Also homeless people dugs up in the trash in the afternoons and night . They also steal car tires in that apartment and they dont do anything. (Also I got lawyer and they are handling this situation whats going on this apartment)

This is the wroest apparment,in between 2 month my all tiers stole 2 times, so plz no body come this apparment,they do nothing,stay away this apparment, it's gud for u

I would highly recommend West Dale Commons. If you're looking for a place to live, I feel welcome here. I feel happy the vibe is amazing, I had an issue with my dishwasher, when I went to let them know not only did they get me a new dishwasher they made sure that I had a new AC system as well without me even having to ask them, this is where you want to live these people they take care of you they make sure that your needs are met as far as living environment, everything is always clean, and the people here honestly look out for you, my neighbor, if I was to leave for a few days, she would watch my place to make sure that no one is trying to break in or anything like that, I highly recommend this place I cannot even give it enough stars, plus Erica and Ashley in the office are totally amazing.
