It is easy to work with Raul as he works for you, and with you to make sure anything that needs to be done for the project is completed so your City inspections will pass. Good understanding and experience in all concrete and grading work and has teams to do all construction tasks for residential as well as commercial projects. I hired Raul initially for the Grading and Foundation work but later used him as a GC and got framing, drywall, roofing, flooring, plumbing, drainage, utility connections, septic, fence, gate and other interior finish work done. He still continues to work on my landscaping and hardscaping. I have recommended Raul to others who are looking for construction or remodeling works. I could not be happier with Cardenas. Everyone there is professional, kind, thoughtful and takes pride in their work. Raul and his team were very systematic in doing their work in well defined steps and each step was completed in an efficient and satisfactory way. They knew what they were doing - Foundation, framing and general contracting.
