Great customer service from the front desk to the back Dr Roli answered all my questions explained everything she was doing, she was very kind made my kids feel very comfortable!

Everytime I bring my son, he has a blast. Dr Roli is amazing along with Anastasia, Margarita and Arian!! Thank you guys so much for being so amazing!

Dr. Roli is amazing with our toddler. She is very knowledgeable and gentle with suggestions. Nonjudgmental. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. I found this office the day my son knocked a tooth loose. They were responsive and willing to squeeze him in on short notice. We are forever grateful!

I was taking my kids to Turlock location which I was ok with but had to transfer due to closing. After my sons cleaning I noticed he needed more work on his bottom teeth. I called the front desk not sure if it was left on purpose or mistakenly overseen. Receptionist booked me an appointment and after rescheduling it due to work I finally came in. The dentist told me to wait for the 6 month cleaning due to his age and I was charged $45! If no check up or cleaning was planned or needed why did they ask us to come in and charge? The receptionist could have told me there was no need to come back. I wasted travel time, had to schedule school pick up for my daughter, and paid $45 just for the dentist to step in for 2-3 minutes and tell me to wait 6 months, ridiculous. I will not be bringing my children back. This experience felt unecessary, money oriented, and not patient focused.
