I used this office 20yrs ago and really liked their level of care. They no longer accepted my insurance so I moved on. Recently found out they took my insurance and revisited them because I needed dental work desperately. While Im satisfied with the overall experience however, the time they took with the cleaning of my teeth was unsatisfactory. The assistant polished my teeth before they cleaned them and didnt do a very thorough job cleaning them at all. I feel this is a very important step for a healthy mouth and because of this I will not return. I had a tooth extracted and was not given proper instructions on caring for this type of procedure. They advised me to use a straw and that is NOT good advice because of the possible way of getting dry socket. Front desk lady was kind and professional but the teeth cleaning was not to my standard and I feel this is very important. Thank you for reading my review and I hope this helps others to determine or perhaps this will help the office to change their protocol on dentistry. If they were willing to change how they perform this procedure I would be able to revisit them.

Had been going there with my family and I have to say this place is a butcher shop They screwed up 2 root canals on me They only removed 1/3 of the nerve on one tooth On the other they left 2 nerves in completely untouched That tooth got infected their staff tried to downplay everything Only after going to a specialist did I learn how bad they had treated me They also do a lot of unnecessary work I dont like saying bad things about people But stay away from this place They do bad work and you will regret going there
