Horrible beside manner from a young Mexican woman, she hurt my teeth, splashed water all over my face, and didn't even floss them well just stabbed my teeth with the dental floss. She was very rough! Everyone else was fine. The wait was about an hour on a Tuesday afternoon.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist but they are so kind that they made my fears go away. The name is so perfect because they are so gentle. If I could, I would rate this place a million stars. I definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me after I asked if medical was accepted. She was very short spoken and seemed anoyed to be alive. Even if medical was accepted, I wouldn't go here if this is how they want the public to see them.

Please, save you time, insurance benefits and money and do not go to this office. I took my daughter here at the start of February. The dentist refused to give me a priority list for what she needed done, would not answer questions and was super dismissive. The staff was incompetent, lying and giving false information repeatedly. I asked to speak with a manager in February 5th. To this day no response. They outright refuse to give me copies of my daughters x-rays and dental records or release them to them to her other dentist. The office tried to charge a thousand dollars more than both offices that we got second opinions from and even misdiagnosed several issues we had. Stay clear from this office. They will lie, take your money and refuse to respond to you.

Horrible experience with the receptionist. I used to love coming to the dentist here because of Yvonne and Marcela they were so nice and knowledgeable. The receptionist they have now are so rude. I went in for my 9:30 am appointment was told to wait to get checked in. I was called at 9:50 and was told my insurance was terminated. I told the receptionist they just saw my husband an hour before my appointment and I had the same insurance. She kept telling me I was not on it and brought up insurance from 2018. I kept telling her I am on it and then I showed her my insurance card and she said she couldnt check it right now if I wanted to pay for my visit and then get reimbursed later. I said no because they should be able to verify the insurance I shouldnt have to pay. She said well I cant check it because it would push your appointment out later it was at 9:30 and it was now 9:54am. I told her ya thats not my fault you guys asked me to wait. So I said no Im not paying for my visit when I have insurance I dont understand why you cant just verify it. They obviously dont know what theyre doing because they just saw my husband with the wrong insurance so I gave her my card so she can apply it to my husbands visit and rescheduled my appointment. Very unprofessional a literal waste of time
