I asked for dental technician to please not touch the plastic coating that goes in my mouth over the dental equipment. She said everything she touched with her gloves was clean, and I should take her word for it . I said I'm not comfortable with that. Could you please just not touch the plastic coating that goes in my mouth . She brought in another dental and assistant, they gained up on me and cancel my dental appointment. All I asked, was please don't touch the plastic coating with your dirty gloves that goes in my mouth.

Crossroads Dental Care has become a family dentistry spot for us now. I have always had good care and consultation. My wife recently started going there too and had a positive experience. But what stood out was the treatment my 7 year old daughter received here recently. She was going to a kids dentistry place but we changed here because of change in insurance. Although Dr Rashmi is not specifically labeled as a kids dentistry place, the care, patience and treatment she received here were far greater than her previous visits. The dental assistants took the time to explain everything to her and make her feel very comfortable and helped reduce her fear. I am very thankful.

So, I called to make an appointment to get impressions made for whitening trays. I was given a price & an appointment. When I got to my appointment & was seated-the dental assistant informed me i would have to have ny xrays from another dentist emailed or faxed over. I was never told this when i made the appointment. My dentist is closed & I drove all the way over for nothing & I am upset. The dental assistant apologized but it just seems weird that is policy & I wasn't notified beforehand.

Highly recommend this place for root canal and crown! Friendly staff and dentist. They accept care credit.
