I live closer to CVS on Floyd but I go to 801 oakdale because of the people in the pharmacy.They are always helpful and efficient.

DONT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. As a diagnosed chronic pain patient it is really irritating that Im dealing with not getting my meds being told they are out of stock or in back order .. okay then do something?! You have people in chronic pain that rely on meds to help through their days. It is not fair to us.. they need to push the issue to whoever is in charge. Ive been waiting for almost 2WEEKS!!!!!! REFILL MY PRESCRIPTION !!!! This has been happening for the past few months!!!!

As of today, I would advise all patients take your prescriptions elsewhere. They will not answer their phones, respond to faxes. I waited on hold for nearly 2 hours on 9/30/23 -only to be hung up on when finally answered. Not sure if this is in issue of under staffing- in which case I would say to CVS District Management- hire more pharmacy technicians! This service issue is hurting patients.
