I took PALS yesterday and it was hassle free, very fast and easy process. Customer service is great and they are so flexible with the schedule. They even gave me tips on how to pass the skills check. Highly recommended! Definitely coming back for my renewal.

very easy and fast experience. did the online course took abt 1.5 hr and then did the in person training. Theres no one around to assist u its the computer guiding you which i think is pretty cool especially if youre anti social
