Right at Home

We were a client of Right At Home for almost a year before my mom's passing. My family had a wonderful experience with this company mainly due to our primary caregiver CAROL DOUGLAS. We had several of their caregivers, who were all very sweet, but no one compared to Carol. We love Carol and always felt at ease with her and we knew that Carol would take care of whatever we needed. Carol even trained some of the fill-in caregivers so they would know exactly what worked best for mom. She NEVER stopped working, cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, or helping mom and me in absolutely any and every way she could. She is a Wonder Woman! It allowed me to relax knowing Carol was here. Mom loved our "Carol days" We will always be grateful for the care and love Carol shared with us. Carol also gave me a shoulder to cry on, which was much needed by mom's daughter. We were so touched by Carol's care that we had an engraved trophy made for her that said "World's best caregiver".

We were so very fortunate to find Right At Home to care for our mother at the end of her life.   We were concerned about how these services would work and RAH was a gift from heaven.  The caregivers were angels and poured their heart into the work.  We could not have wished for anything more from the caregivers.  For our mother to pass while in the home she loved and surrounded with so much loving care is all anyone could ask for.  The business owners were equally supportive and caring.  Such a difficult business to run and I am eternally grateful to the owners for all of the heavy lifting they do.  RAH provided outstanding administrative support for insurance needs we had and did everything possible with our hectic scheduling.  Their expertise and willingness to help exceeded all expectations.  Words do not adequately express our gratitude for Right At Home.

Provided amazing care for my grandparents. Always went above when trying to make sure we have someone there 24/7 when we need the care. They amazing caregivers helped my grandpa do physical therapy and took him to his appointment ontime. When having replacement caregivers they always called to let us know. Great communication!
