Refused to take vitals, says the client needs to do it. (87 years old) Refused to drive client, will only follow in their own car. (He is not supposed to drive) Refused to cook, client has to take themselves out to eat, (unhealthy) and pay for "caregiver's" food. (exploitation) Called it a date. (HIGHLY inappropriate) Refused to take client to doctor's appt (said he looks fine) Refused to help him walk. (He is unsteady) Left client alone from 8am to 4pm. $15,000 per month.

Staff seem to be only about one thing, Money. My mother was not properly taken care of, she has rashes all over her body now from me left soak. When it was brought to attention they suggested I pay for more time. Absolutely disgusting. They do not return phone calls and you have to keep calling back repeatedly and they just tell you what want to hear not what is really going on. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

The girls in the office are always so helpful and pleasant when coordinating times for caregivers to come out. Everyone that has come out to help mom has been wonderful. I would highly recommend their services.
