My husband's company switched insurance companies abruptly and I had a previously scheduled doctors appointment and had not received my new insurance card. I had a prescription that needed to picked up and no ideas if I was even at a preferred or out of network pharmacy. I called Struck and spoke to a lovely woman named Kayla who not only made sure I had my information, but she also called my pharmacy to make sure there were no problems with my information or prescription. Way to go Kayla you went above and beyond..Thank you again.
