This company is representing my ex and he has a warrant and can't appear in court yet there is the attorney Here is the story I am not a tenate I am a putative spouse who has experienced domestic violence ( my hips are fractured by their client) my ex doesn't own the home i do ....5 days after the DVRO suddenly the home is in their client's name . They evicted me last year with our sons who have special needs Cerebral palsy and encephalocele. What company represents a DV absurer? This one does We ended up in the family shelter of Modesto which is on south 9th street. That is when Mr Rowe's client knew he went to far and moved us back into the home and left . Now he's evicting us again. This is more domestic violence by proxy . Who evicts there own kids ? Only my ex and this company There client knows who really owns the home

I was extremely screwed by Jim at GE. I paid all the money for the eviction and sherrif, waited during the entire process and he legally served the wrong house!!! He filed the entire eviction with the wrong address and then told me he would refund me and then never returned any of my calls. It's been over a month with no word and no refund. I highly recommend going elsewhere!
