Linda and Dale were absolutely the best to work with for our home purchase.  I'm a retired veteran, and our realtor, Jeff Purcell, recommended them for their experience working with VA loans.  As many other reviews have pointed out, buying a home is a daunting task even when you've gone through the process before. But Linda was super helpful in walking us through the endless paperwork, and you could really feel that she was on your side the whole time.  I HIGHLY recommend OMC when you get ready to buy in the San Joaquin Valley area!

I was looking to purchase my first home and had absolutely no personal experience with home loans. After researching several large online mortgage brokers and reading dozens of poor reviews of their services, I knew I wanted to deal with somebody in person that was experienced and could guide me through the loan process. After searching for several weeks I was finally referred to Dale at OMC by my Realtor, who spoke very highly of him based on her positive past dealings with him.I contacted Dale and he was very polite and explained all of the loan options in detail. He took the time to answer all of my questions and promptly returned all of my e-mails. Not once did he attempt to sell me anything, nor did I ever feel that he had anything but my best interest in mind. Dale was great to deal with and I would recommend him to my friends and family.If you are looking for a home loan and want to deal with a knowledgeable trustworthy mortgage broker, Dale is the right person to call.

I cannot believe it has taken me so long to get here to write a review! (Sorry Dale!). If I could give OMC 10 stars I would! Dale and Linda are the reason I found home ownership. They never gave up on me no matter how many obstacles we encountered. I received the best advice and service during what was a very stressful ordeal for me. They are absolutely the best! Thanks guys!!
