It doesnt matter if we have an appointment either morning or late afternoon Doctor schedule double appointments and we have to wait more than 1 hour and half to see him and wait 30min to 45 min more to Doctor to come to the room. Horrible service and really delayed on appointments

I was seen by Dr. Lee Nov. the 29th which was a Wednesday. I will definitely recommend patients to this Doctor he made me feel very comfortable and was very understanding and attentive. Nowadays it's extremely hard and difficult to find doctors that are willing to Listen to the Patient hopefully I will continue to be seen by him. Thank you so much doctor Lee for acknowledging my medical issue and giving more information and explaining the MRI.

I was referred here for pain management. I won't bore you with a lot of detail, but after months of back and forth phone calls with long lapses of inattention on their part in between I finally blew up. The office staff had been repeatedly telling me they needed my doctor to fax over chart notes, so I called my doctor etc, and then 10 days later, "We never got it, we need chart notes." Same thing at least 3 -4 times had me ripping my hair out and grinding my teeth. I finally blew up and let them know what I really thought of them. Next thing someone left a message saying they didn't need chart notes, they had plenty of those, they needed to know what my doctor wanted them to do for me. Next thing my doctor told me they denied my referral saying they were too booked up to have time to help me. Long story short (sorry), in 50 years I have never dealt with such an incompetent, lost, broken, unhelpful, misguided, uncaring, feeble, negligent, incapable, time-wasting, unfocused, neglectful, unaccommodating, and seemingly confused group of office staff. I'm just trying to save others the aggravation / frustration I went through. Please, for your own sake, accept my advice and go somewhere else rather than waste your time here. If you do, you'll thank me later!
