        Had to get a rapid test, only 1 car ahead of me in line. Staff was super friendly and I got text/email results 45 min later!

        Update: Even though I had a bad experience, this company did the right thing and refunded me. I appreciate that they acknowledged the service level did not meet my, or their, expectations. Web site says results "generally in 1hour" for the $129 test. I am writing this review at 8 hours later and NO results. I understand the high demand on tests, but it is their job to accurately describe the service they are offering. I've sent an e-mail but no response. Indefinite hold on the phone. Out of frustration I drove back at 5pm and waited in line to talk to someone. The people there are really nice. The person apologized and went in to look for my results. 5 minutes later she brought me a piece of paper with my results. She said they had emailed me the results as well. Update at 8pm. No email with results.
