I have been a patient of Dr. Ringer the G.I. doctor at this facility in Modesto for a year. I started having G.I. issues again my laparoscopic surgeon had referred me to Dr. Ringers office a year ago when I started having G.I. upset. Now a year later I tried to get in to Dr. Ringers office only to be told that he would not see me because I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy through my laparoscopic surgeons who am I seen since 2018. I was referred to Dr. Ringer Buy the Sergent a year ago. Now Dr. Ringer has refused to see me. Now Im going to have to go through the entire process of being sent out to another G.I. specialist and waiting for another 3 to 6 months to see another G.I. doctor. Doctors take an oath to do no harm. This doctor has not lived up to that oath.
