      You are very welcome Larry! You guys got into contract on 2/6 and you're getting keys on 2/20, I think that was pretty quick indeed. And if that wasn't enough you guys qualified with 1% down and your realtor negotiated half of your closing costs to be paid by the seller. I'm super excited because this will create a legacy of homeownership for your family and a place you can call home 🏡.
