        Update: I did immediately call back to my insurance company and was advised that your company would NOT help us. We had to sit for another hour and a half for another truck. At no time did your driver say he would get another truck out to us. It's scary to be stranded in a town you know nothing about. On Tuesday, December 5, 2023 this company was contacted by State Farm Roadside Assistance for what we thought was a dead battery. After waiting over an hour, the truck arrived and the driver hooked up a jump start box. After it was determined NOT to be the battery, the driver said he was leaving and that I had to start all over with roadside. I mentioned to him that he was leaving 2 disabled people stranded in Modesto. He didn't seem to care and left. I found this driver to be extremely rude and uncaring for his customers. I will never use this company again. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

      Hi Mary, As much as we try to help every customer. Unfortunately the insurance company only allow us to do so much, and we do need work orders for every service. As I recall they did advise you to call the insurance so they could set up another service so we could come right back as we do have other elderly/disabled civilians that also need assistance.
