I had an appointment with Gerardo to set up my son's 529 account on a Saturday morning. He called me a few days before to confirm and sent a nice reminder email as well. My husband's and I get there and he gives us print outs from the Wells Fargo website about what a 529 plan is (all things we already know and have discussed with him), and then tells us after a half hour of this nonsense that we can't open a 529 on a Saturday and have to come back during the week, and that he couldn't even tell us about what plans Wells Fargo offers because it's the weekend. WHY WOULD YOU LET US COME IN ON A SATURDAY IF YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING?! What a waste of time.

Nice group of people at this branch. The small and cozy vibe is great since this bank is conveniently right down the street. I have been working with the branch Manager, Mr. Daniel P. for over four years now and I have nothing but great feedback on the quality of service he has provided for us both on our personal accounts and businesses.
