Now I want to add my voice to this choir. My experience selling my property was easy, flawless, and fast. Within a week the property had been beautifully staged; within three days of being on the market, we had three offers. Scott knowledgeably managed these offers with integrity. He walked me through the steps of a 1031 exchange, connecting me with an exchange agent. The sale was complete in one month. There were no hitches, no rough patches, no wakeful nights.
