        Terrible customer service. I had trouble with my credit card payment because my wallet was lost and the cards had to be re-issued. I promptly called when I was notified the recurring payment did not go through. Was told that I was suspended from paying by credit card for 90 days. I had a new credit card, yet they refused to accept it as payment. When I asked how does this benefit Cox, the supervisor told me it doesn't. Why do they care where the payment is coming from?

        Don't bother trying to call, the number automatically transfers you to their central 1-800 line. Impossible to determine what their hours or available inventory are.
