Terrible customer service. I had trouble with my credit card payment because my wallet was lost and the cards had to be re-issued. I promptly called when I was notified the recurring payment did not go through. Was told that I was suspended from paying by credit card for 90 days. I had a new credit card, yet they refused to accept it as payment. When I asked how does this benefit Cox, the supervisor told me it doesn't. Why do they care where the payment is coming from?
