We absolutely loved working with Katie (and Katy + team!) to purchase our first home! We found our dream home and Katie held our hand through the whole process, answering any questions we had and advocating for us when needed. Katie is incredibly responsive and I appreciated being in consistent communication over text. We fell in love with one of the first homes we saw, but we never felt pressured by Katie to make an offer. She was candid in her review of the home and disclosures, and really supported us to make the decision that felt right. We ended up submitting an offer and got it! Katy (and Katie!) made the experience of buying our first home--which could have been overwhelming and stressful--comforting, exciting, and ultimately very rewarding. Even thought we had a limited budget and high hopes for location and specs (2 bathrooms were a must for me, given the twin boys!), Katy was patient and thoughtful and incredibly helpful in curating potential options for us, and spent SO much time with us, truly coaching us through every step of the process. She is SUPER knowledgable about the area and market, which helped too! Ultimately, we found a perfect home and are so happy. As a bonus, Katy and her team have stayed in touch, and we've been able to reach out for advice on home projects and vendors. We are so grateful to have their support, and recommend them any time we hear a friend or neighbor is looking to buy or sell!

Katy and Katie are 3 for 3 with 3 home runs helping our family with home buying and selling in the Walnut Creek/Lafayette area over the last 8 years. And they couldn't be better people to work with. Their exceptional east bay market knowledge, understanding of the home buying/selling process, and ease to work with are unmatched. I first worked with Katy and Katie buying a townhome in Walnut Creek in 2015. They made my first ever real estate purchase a slam dunk. Flash forward 8 years when it was time to upgrade to a home, they navigated the simultaneous process of selling our townhome and buying a new home in Lafayette a total breeze. Even with a historically tight real estate market and unpredictable financial market! I can't say enough about how great Katy and Katie are. 2 of the best! Real estate agents and people.
