Lori was a tremendous help during what was a rough market for buyers. She was by our side for 9 months answering questions, educating us about the home-selection and home-buying process, and helping us bid as first-time homebuyers. My family moved to the Bay Area half-year ago from another country and we knew pretty much nothing about the Realty world here in the United States, but we wanted to buy our own house so we posted something on Zillow and Erin approached us and took us to see couple houses on the following Saturday in mid-December. We were so impressed by her passion, professionalism, knowledge, and experience that we immediately decided to have her as our realtor. Erin also kindly introduced us to a couple of lenders, and we had a very smooth pre-approval process. We started to see houses more seriously in late January after we got the pre-approval, and very soon we identified the house we wanted to buy because Erin knew our requirements and the local market very well. We offered based on Erins recommendation and the offer was accepted!! And we got the key in early March. We never thought we would be able to buy our house that soon.
