I just completed another 60minute massage with Octavio. He's amazing and knowledgeable. He finds those knots and smooths them out. His massage room is calm and peaceful. I feel safe and soothed in his care. I hesitate to leave this review at all because I don't want my favorite therapist to get all booked up with no room in his schedule for me. haha. But it's only fair that his skills are acknowledged. Please treat him well Massage Envy Morgan Hill.

I am very disappointed, booked in advance, and messages being canceled just hours before appointment. You call in, and no one answers the phone. This is unacceptable for a business. I don't recommend it until they fix these issues.

They always lose the best massage therapists, my mom told me B isnt there any more, I will be canceling my membership and I will make sure more people do so as well, you all can never keep good therapist you need to get them back and work out whatever issues there is this is ridiculous

I had a appointment with B and to learn she is no longer there is heart breaking. She was very sweet. Positive and had a nice heart shame on the owners for making her leave. Just like with other therapist. You owners are truly stupid
