We booked months in advance, drove 2 hours to get here and waited 15 minutes at the office. No one showed up so we called and they said they canceled for the day due to the weather and no one decided to call us to let us know. This was a birthday present for my husband so we are really disappointed. Btw it was a beautiful clear morning with no wind.

We had such a great experience with this company. Marcus was incredible. From getting us ready to go, giving us clear directions on where to go, how to go, what to watch out for, what to expect. A really great time for us and our kids. HIGHLY recommend this outfit!

Awesome experience with Hydrobiking! Marcus is the owner and is just the absolute nicest person. After going once, I wanted to come back again, and he helped coordinate a time with me and my family to get out on the water again.
The hydrobike itself is a cool experience and is just the right vehicle for navigating around comfortably and safely.
Lots of opportunities on the ride to get close to sea otters, seals, and many other animals. Great experience!

Just returned from a wonderful 2 hours pedaling hydrobikes on the Elkhorn Slough. The owner was amazing with his information on how to have the best experience out on the water. He provided basic safety tips (not much to that - the bikes are stable, easy to maneuver, but due to the 18" propeller clearance you need to stay away from the shore) and information about the wide range of wildlife we might see (be sure to bring binoculars!). The hydrobikes have a storage area for your cellphone, water bottles, etc and a great nature guide pamphlet to help you identify many things you spot on your adventure. The water was not very clear for us, so we didn't get to see some of the jellyfish and fish that can be visible on some days, but the variety of birds was incredible, and there were so many sea lions, harbor seals, and sea otters in the water and on the shore. A very peaceful and enjoyable time!!

Thanks to Marcus for making it a relaxing and fun-filled hydro-biking experience. My friend quickly put orientation tips and untangled from the grass at the beginning of the ride:). Elkhorn slough was serene, surrounded by marine life, beautiful birds and the nature. Little disappointed for not being able to cover the entire stretch... may be next time with extended hours and well conditioned hydro bikes! Anyone can do this and enjoy Monterey Bay!
Tip: Call ahead for the location & parking as the sign is not easily visible on PCH 1, enjoy!
