Called to leave a voicemail and got the owner Jim immediately. He was on a job and took the time out to chat with me for a moment and set up something within a day or two to come out to my house. I'm looking forward to working with him after talking with many people in person and reading the reviews. I'll update my review. When's the work is done.

Jim was so easy to work with.  Genuinely a nice man and very hardworking.  He explained the process clearly and in detail.  He arrived to refinish our hardwood floors on time and was done when he said he would be.  Our floors look absolutely INCREDIBLE.  His price was quite reasonable.  I highly recommend Mr Sandless and would definitely hire him again!
