Rudy Roberto called me because I had made my payment check to the wrong payee, which I replaced with my credit card. While on the phone with him I described the accident I had in May 22, which I assumed was taken care. I had received a summons pertaining to that accident. I had not talked to the adjuster but had left messages. He emailed a note to the adjuster with cc to me. I feel that he was ready to help me with any of my issues, was very supportive and helpful. I would recommend your company based on his customer support.

Regina was very helpful and went above and beyond to try to help us. I am sad that Mercury is doing what its doing to its customers. I appreciate all of the time Regina put in to help us. Praying Mercury starts to care about its customers more.
