        Sonny was on it! I called yesterday to bring my XC60, for an appointment today. Brought it in and described the issue (a scraping noise coming from front passenger side). He test drove it, heard the noise and asked me to give him an hour or so to diagnose. Got a call about an hour later that a motor mount had been torn, he could replace it same day. I gave him the approval, two hours later, the car was ready and no more noise. Would highly recommend
