We had a pipe burst after hours on a weekend and we had to shut off our water. We called right away and they assured us that a plumber was in our area and could come within two hours, so we waited. We have a lot of kids including one with special needs and we NEED water! We told them this and they promised a plumber would be out to us tonight, no problem. Two hours later a plumber called and said we lived too far away and they cant come until morning! What?! We wasted two hours that we could have been calling other companies trying to get someone to come help us!! So unprofessional and rude and really left our family in a lurch. Dont promise services you cant deliver on. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
