I did get a response, not from Eloy though (Dan). It lasted maybe 8 minutes until he realized (apparently to his dismay, despite my communication to the secretary explaining it) this was a DMV hearing and not a criminal DUI and promptly disconnected the call. He told me to talk to another attorney and that's fine but when I asked for a referral...dial tone.

Attorney Eloy Trejo is first a caring human being and second an attorney. If you want an honest legal evaluation of your facts and circumstance, you will receive it. HE is very knowledge and treats you like you are his only client. He is quick to respond and has answered all my questions.  He is an excellent negotiator and clearly, he had my best interests at heart during my case. When I first got my DUI I went into panic mode because I could have possibly lose my job. But I searched for lawyers and Eloy was the one I called back because his immediate attention. I met with him at his office and we sat and talked about how this can affect my job but he went deeper by asking more personal questions. Like the status of being a single parent. But he explained there was options to go about the case. What can I say he was very knowledgeable about the court system and he has experience. I walked out of there way better then when I walked in. I go to reviews to searched about pricing. Well you are getting a good lawyer and above all he will work with you on a contract for payments. I was beyond broke and he worked with me. Always answer my texts and emails. Phone calls of course he will call back. Never appeared in court and my case took 2 years and always on top of it informing how it went dealt with everything. I explain to him a ticket I had and in one of my court appearance he told me he will take the time to handle it ( no extra cost) that's where I tell you very professional but with a human side. It was difficult for me to go by court so he went the extra mile and for that I am very thankful. I DO NOT HAVE A DUI. He was able to dismiss it!!!!!
