        My mother had a heart attack which threw her into dangerously high afib. Along with congestive heart failure, COPD, severe asthma, and terrible knee pain, she just couldn't get up and down the stairs any longer and was pretty much confined to her bed. I did a lot of research and found a great quality stairlift (Bruno) but wanted to make sure that it would be installed properly with quality workmanship and excellent customer service and follow up should there be any issues. I found ALL OF THAT in Brian at Benchmark. Brian was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, professional, reliable and KIND. He was available every time I called, and on time for both appointments. He gave us a free quote, which was extremely reasonable (I checked around) and stood by that quote. He was never pushy, and patiently answered any and all questions honestly and openly. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian to anyone! Ericka

        Benchmark got my fathers old Bruno stairlift working after the company that originally installed it was no longer around. I found their service prompt, courteous and professional. Came out the day I called and had the part we needed on the truck. Big relief!
